7-Day Return Window
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your order. To ensure a smooth process, please contact us via DM first to initiate the return.

The Pre-Approval Process (Important)
Before shipping your item back, we kindly ask for a photo of the product in its current condition. This allows us to provide a pre-approval so you can ship your item back with confidence, knowing it meets our return criteria.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Once we receive the physical item and confirm it matches the pre-approved condition, your refund will be finalized.

Return Shipping

1. We can provide a return label for a $10 fee (deducted from your refund).
2. Or, you may use your own carrier to ship the item back.
